Isaiah 55:8 NLT This was my thought when I stepped into Fitness 1 gym on Saturday morning and saw 21 mats set up for class. 10 of the 22 had never taken any form of yoga before.Christ-centered yoga was going to be their first introduction. Their feedback has been positively amazing. They sang, they smiled and the cried! Many have commented on feeling God's presence in the room. Others were amazed at how moved they were by their practice. Our yogis were as young as 21 and as mature as 63. We had beginners and and experienced yoga teachers in the room, and everyone ones response was the same. God is so Good! Up holding the Word of God. Truth & Wisdom is portrayed through out the session. I found myself so deeply moved and absorb in the presence of God it is like a cleansing.
