Class Description

Yoga for the SoulGentle Journey as the name implies is a peaceful yet break- a -sweat practice intended to restore the body, mind and soul through purposeful breathing, meditation, stretching, basic warm up exercises that employ the use of light weights, and beginner yoga postures. With continued practice over time, the body, mind and soul will relax and be restored, and strength and flexibility will be attained.
