This was unbelievable. I felt like I was on a spiritual
high with only Jesus and me. My poor body is in shock,
but it was fabulous. Sandi, your calming, speaking Gods word, music and your portray of pleasing God, was so evident.
The mat and I had a glorious time with God.
We need to get the word out!!!!

It was amazing. I felt as if I it was just the Lord and I, such as in my personal bible study time with him. I also enjoyed the communion with all the other ladies, which helps us to establish relationships with others in our Church who we may not see except on Sunday. You made the experience so enjoyable, and I thank you for the opportunity to participate in your ministry.
You should see the smile on my face. You ladies are all describing my experience and my feelings from the first time I experienced a Christ-centered yoga class, and every class since! Isn’t it a wonderful form of prayer, praise and worship, yet we are exercising our bodies, minds and souls? Thank you Lord He is blessing OUR ministry.
Yoga for the Soul was really a relaxing and rejuvinating experience for me. It gives me the opportunity to let go of all the stress in my life and replace it with a feeling of being uplifted and renewed. It gives me another opportunity to be spiritually closer with Christ.

What an awesome ministry God has placed in your care. The highlight of my trip to the Phoeniz area a few weeks ago was connecting with you and taking your class. The love and power of God was indeed in the room. It was such an enjoyable experience to practice yoga with women who are on one accord. You have such a nurturing and soothing nature to you; it’s clear that you have a passion for this work and that God has His hand in your life….
